Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut recently visited the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and gave her followers a glimpse of the trip. She posted pictures on Instagram showing her offering prayers to Lord Ram. In the opening frame, she is seen with folded hands, bowing before Ram Lalla’s idol inside the temple.

In the next set of pictures, Kangana is seen praying at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Wearing an off-white and green saree with white flowers in her hair, she stands with folded hands within the temple’s intricately carved premises. She captioned the post, “Jai Shri Ram. Jai Ayodhya Dham.”Kangana was also spotted among a throng of devotees and priests during her visit. In one frame, a priest applied a tika to her forehead while people crowded around, hoping to catch a glimpse of the actress.

For her temple visit, Kangana went for a traditional look. She wore an off-white and green silk saree with gold motifs woven throughout, finished with broad red and green borders in intricate gold zari work. A bright pink-red blouse with gold detailing on the sleeves offered a striking contrast. Her accessories were classic gold pieces, including a choker necklace, matching earrings and a stack of bangles, while white flowers in her hair completed the ethnic ensemble.
Kangana Ranaut calls Ayodhya visit a “great privilege”
Speaking to the media after her visit, Kangana called her trip to Ayodhya a privilege. As quoted by ANI, she said, “Coming to the holy land of Ayodhya is always a great privilege, which is why you can come here. So today, when we had darshan, naturally, seeing this very sacred and pure land is a great privilege in itself. It felt really good, and the other temples in this huge, beautiful complex are also amazing. Now it feels like we’ll have to spend at least a full day here with the family to feel completely satisfied.”
Kangana Ranaut moves Delhi High Court over personality rights
Meanwhile, Kangana is also busy with a legal battle over her personality and publicity rights. The actress has approached the Delhi High Court, asking for protection against the alleged misuse of her name, image, likeness and other defining aspects of her identity. Through her plea, she seeks to stop anyone from commercially exploiting her persona without permission. Her counsel is also reported to have raised the issue of fake news and AI-generated content allegedly tied to her. The court has since issued summons in the matter.
