Does what is supposed to
I got this hoping the extra bells and whistles would help me to use it more and it does. The lights are super cute at night and even the kids love it. It's light enough to move from room to room and seems solidly built so far. No rattling or anything like that. I'll also not a very light person and it doesn't seem weak or flimsy under my weight. Overall I like it.

    I love this!! I have it in my bathroom and use it twice a day. Once in the morning while I’m getting ready for work and once at night right before bed! I have noticed a huge difference in my legs and balance among other things!

    Get the Phantom Black (most expensive one) It is top of the line for vibration plate

    I have the Phantom Black, or the most expensive one. I did a lot of research on these plates. Notice on the reviews, they are from all over the world. The thing that separates this plate from the most expensive other plates is the 3 motors and the fact this has a vibration mode only. There are 3 300W motors. One for moving side to side, one for moving front to back, and one for vibration. You can control the intensity with the remote. I like to start with all three movements. In the final few minutes, I put it on vibrate only and crank up the intensity. It helps with my hip pain. When I used to go to therapy for hip pain, the last thing the therapist did was have me stand on a vibrating plate. It would vibrate the heck out of my hip and help with the pain.

    This POWERFUL machine is amazing…it literally works. My daily knee pain was unbearable. After first use I had a considerable reduction of pain. Two weeks later I getting my mobility back. I love the gave of Pickleball and thought I needed to give it up, but now my passion and play have been reignited. I'm approaching a month now and this machine is actually transforming the my body. My life's different now!

    I love this vibration plate. It has different program modes or can change it manually. Its very relaxing. If youre new to vibration plates, read how to use them and start slow. This one comes with good instructions. Only downfall is the top controls. When sitting on the plate, the top controls are easy to change and that gets annoying.

    A remote from another machine similar to it won’t work I like this unit I have 3 900 watts you can feel heavy vibration heavy machine has wheels Bluetooth the disco lites up ok don’t need it I have also their 2 motor unit no lihghts very light cheaper 150 watt motors if your elder this machine be as perfectpowerful smaller motors efficient so I have4 machines always shut on off when done

    I bought this to replace my old one and it hasn’t disappoint. Very sturdy and solid, vibrations are excellent! The Bluetooth connection is a great bonus! There are pre workout options or just make up your own (made easier with the remote control) I’m a mountain climber and this is excellent for both post and pre climb. It’s quite light so easily movable. Can easy pass 10/20/30 minutes enjoying watching tele (start slow though)

    I have been looking at a do at home way to assist me in losing and tightening my menopausal weight. I am 51 and very active anyway but with conventional planks etc nothing seems to be tightening. After having my plate for only 3 days and carrying out the planks and other exercises with the plate I can definitely feel a difference and feel that my muscles have worked harder. Over time I do feel this will work. Don't get me wrong you are not going to lose weight just standing in it but with a well controlled diet and exercise on this plate you are definitely going to feel it after a workout. 100% recommend for quality and price.
