    I've been using this for a few weeks and really like the effects. It seems well made but it's not too heavy so easy to move around. It has a lot of different settings/options. The first few times I used it a lot of the smaller muscles in my legs and hips were sore so I could tell it was working for me. It's great for releasing tension/relaxation. Using it at least twice daily.

    I did a lot of research before I purchased a vibration plate! This one had the features I was looking for in great reviews. To my surprise it actually gets used by my whole family. We are all enjoying the benefits that have come from it! I love that you can adjust the vibration modes on it, and that it has a remote control so that you do not have to try to bend over to switch it during your session.

    Used daily since arriving and physical therapist already saying the difference in my muscle tension is noticeable. I use each morning for 10 minutes and the time invested is worth it. Just begun using the resistance bands with it. Looking forward to those results.

    Best vibration plate on the market! It's been 1 month since my purchase and I can already see results. At the 1 month mark, my remote did stop connecting to the plate but I was able to contact customer service directly via email and Emma sent detailed instructions on how to reconnect the remote. It's now connected and I really appreciate the quick response.

    It’s very simple to use and set up. I love the options of 3 intermittent programs or the choice of setting your own speeds depending on the workout you want to do. It stimulates circulation, and helps with lymphatic drainage. The additional resistance bands for your arms have been great to use when doing an all over body workout and they help with balance. I’ve used it everyday since purchase, testing it by targeting all different areas of my body and can see a difference. Very good value for money, its very quiet and delivery was prompt. Highly recommend!

Der Aufbau war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Gerät macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck ist stabil und gut verarbeitet.Die Platte verfügt über 7 verschiedene Trainings Einstellungen. Die Vibrationen sind deutlich zu verspüren und gehen durch den ganzen Körper daher finde ich es hier sehr gut das es auch eine Haltestange gibt zum festhalten, auch das mitgelieferte Zubehör zum Training der Arme und Beine sind super. Toll finde ich auch die bluetooth Funktion mit der man mit Musik trainieren kann aber das Gerät ist leise genug so das es beim fernsehen nicht stört ich gehe meistens drauf während meine Serie im Fernsehen läuft. In der Beigefügten Anleitung stehen Übungsvorschläge zum Training. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht da es mich wirklich fordert und fördert und ich merke wie es meinem Körper gut tut selbst Verspannungen werden gelöst und die schönen Farben dienen der Entspannung ich liebe das Gerät

    Finding ways to stay active with CFS/ME can be such a challenge, but the Evospark Vibration Plate has been an amazing help for me.
    ​On days when a traditional workout feels impossible, this allows me to move my body and improve my circulation without overexerting myself or triggering a crash. It’s gentle yet effective, and it’s honestly become the most helpful tool in my management routine. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a low-impact way to keep their body moving!

    O my gosh!!!!! This vibration plate is PHENOMENAL and has exceeded all my expectations! It's a NEXT LEVEL vibration plate! I already have one of the regular EvoSpark vibration plates, and it is a GREAT piece of equipment for sure, but this upgrade is like going from driving a VW Beetle which is a ton o fun, to driving a fully loaded Lincoln Navigator! The three motors for a total of 900 watts of power is really impressive. Vibration action is super smooth and powerful, its almost completely silent. AND as someone who likes to work out in a low light environment, the funky built in LED lights are wicked cool! I was sitting on the fence on this one because of the higher price point, but Ive gotta say this machine is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Watch for it to go on sale as they often do, and if you have been contemplating getting a vibration plate, GO FOR IT! This is THE ONE to get! Customer service is also first rate! I had questions and their response was almost immediate. Win win!
