    This is a great all-in-one Pilates kit for home workouts. The set feels complete and well thought out, with the Pilates ring, fabric resistance bands, figure-8 band, and Pilates ball covering a wide range of exercises. It’s convenient to have everything in one kit, especially for full-body workouts, stretching, and light toning at home. All the pieces feel sturdy and easy to use, and they don’t take up much space, which makes them practical for home use. One helpful tip for the Pilates ball: don’t inflate it all the way. Around 80% inflation works best. I used the included straw and it was easy to inflate. You just remove the small white plug, insert the straw, blow air in, slightly release some air if needed, then seal it again with the same white plug. This made the ball more comfortable and easier to control during exercises. Overall, this is a versatile and user-friendly Pilates equipment set that’s great for at-home workouts and stretching. I’m very happy with the quality and how easy it is to use.

    Product is not of great quality and smaller than actually expected. The ball does not stay inflated from the the time of inflation to the time you reinsert the plug.

    Pink tax of $1

    There's a coupon available as I write this, making the cost of the pink set the same as the orange/black set ($23), when otherwise the pink set is a dollar more. Classic pink tax.

    These props are fine for home Pilates, although you need to make sure you know how and when to use them. In general, Pilates props are intended to make you less stable (like the ball) or add problems (like the bands), so they are for when the basic movements are no longer getting it done.

    The ball must be inflated, so you'll need a bike pump. Once inflated, it no longer fits in the bag – and honestly I'm not sure why they included a bag. The ring could provide a bit more resistance but it's similar to rings I've used at some PT places, as are the rubber tubing pull and the straps. All in all it's a decent home kit, but I would have liked a larger ball (this one is 6-7 inches diameter) and I am not sure any of the items are going to last under serious use.

    Good basic workout set. Love the color. It is easy to use and put away. I love how everything fits in the bag it comes with making it easy to store. It was priced well making it easy and affordable to start working out. The parts are sturdy and well made very easy to use.

    This is such a great at home Pilates equipment kit! It's easy to use and seems very sturdy and of good quality. I like that it's compact, so I can travel with the items. I think this set is worth the cost! I like the color too!

    This Pilates kit honestly feels like a little home gym in one bag. I love that everything works together.
