WBJEEBround 2 registration 2026: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will initiate the Round 2 registration and choice filling procedure for the 2026 WBJEE Counselling process, today, starting from July 13. The candidates who have been left without any seat allocation in the first round or wish to have an improved allotment can apply for the same via the official counselling portal till July 17, 2026.The second round of the counselling is an important step for the engineering and pharmacy candidates who seek to get enrolled in the institutions of West Bengal participating in the counselling process based on their merit rank in the entrance examination and other criteria.
WBJEE round 2 seat allotment on July 21
According to the counselling schedule, the Round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on July 21, 2026. Candidates allotted seats for the first time in this round will have to pay the prescribed seat acceptance fee and report to their allotted institutes for document verification and admission between July 21 and July 23, 2026.The same period has also been notified for candidates opting to withdraw from the counselling process. Applicants have been advised to check the reporting schedule and admission requirements directly on the websites of their allotted institutions before visiting the campus.

How seat allotment will be decided
The Round 2 allotment list shall be prepared by WBJEEB, keeping various criteria in mind such as the rank of the candidate in the WBJEE 2026 exam, category, eligibility criteria, availability of seats in the participating institutes, and the order in which the choices have been marked during counselling.It is advisable for candidates to make changes in their choice of preference accordingly.
