    FCI AG 3 notification 2026 expected soon; check eligibility, salary and selection process

    FCI AG 3 notification 2026: The Food Corporation of India (FCI) is expected to release the Assistant Grade 3 (AG 3) Recruitment Notification 2026 soon. While the official notification has not yet been issued, the recruitment advertisement is expected to be published between August and September 2026 on the official FCI recruitment portal.The notification will announce vacancies across multiple Assistant Grade 3 posts, including General, Depot, Accounts, Technical and Hindi. It is expected to include details on vacancies, eligibility, examination pattern, application dates and other recruitment guidelines.Expected notification timelineBased on previous recruitment cycles, the FCI AG 3 notification is likely to be released during August or September 2026. The online application process is expected to begin after the notification is issued through the official recruitment portal.

    Expected eligibility criteriaCandidates applying for the recruitment are expected to fulfil the prescribed educational qualifications and age requirements.

    AG 3 (Depot) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with computer proficiency
    AG 3 (Accounts) B.Com with computer proficiency
    AG 3 (Technical) B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology or Biotechnology, or B.Tech in Food Science or Biotechnology
    AG 3 (Hindi) Bachelor’s degree with Hindi as a main subject and English translation skills

    The expected age limit is 18 to 27 years for most posts, while the upper age limit for Assistant Grade 3 (Hindi) is expected to be 28 years. Age relaxation will apply to reserved category candidates as per government norms.Expected application fee and salaryThe application fee is expected to be Rs 500 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC and EWS categories. Candidates from SC, ST, PwD categories and women applicants are expected to be exempt from paying the application fee.Selected candidates are expected to receive a pay scale of Rs 28,200 to Rs 79,200 per month under the applicable service rules.FCI AG 3 notification 2026: Selection processThe recruitment process is expected to consist of two online examination phases followed by document verification.Phase 1 will be a common objective-type examination covering English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Aptitude and General Studies.In Phase 2, candidates applying for General and Depot posts are expected to appear for Paper 1, while applicants for Technical, Accounts and Hindi posts will be required to take both Paper 1 and Paper 2.There will be no interview stage. Final selection is expected to be based on performance in the prescribed examinations and successful document verification.
