Siddhant Chaturvedi has added another premium property to his growing real estate portfolio. The actor, along with his mother Meenal Laxman Chaturvedi, has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Juhu Vile Parle Development (JVPD) area for Rs 12.63 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate consultancy firm Liases Foras.The transaction was officially registered on July 31, 2026.

The newly acquired apartment is located on the seventh floor of Namo Krishna, a residential building on 10 N S Road in Vile Parle West, Mumbai.The property offers a RERA carpet area of 1,640.63 square feet (approximately 152.42 square metres) and a total area of 1,804.67 square feet. The apartment also comes with one automatic robotic car parking space, adding to its premium appeal.The property was purchased from Relcon Infraprojects Ltd, while the buyers paid Rs 75.76 lakh in stamp duty to complete the transaction.
Second luxury home purchase in less than two months
This marks Siddhant Chaturvedi’s second high value property purchase in under two months.In June 2026, Siddhant and his mother had acquired another apartment in the same Namo Krishna building for Rs 13.91 crore. That transaction, registered on June 19, 2026, involved a sixth floor apartment with a carpet area of 2,173.87 square feet and a built up area of 222.24 square metres.The earlier property was purchased from Suchita Ramesh Deora through an Agreement for Sale.With the latest acquisition, the actor has invested over Rs 26.5 crore in luxury residential properties in the same building within a span of less than two months.

Actor Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr Shriram Nene also sold a Juhu apartment in late 2025 for Rs 3.9 crore, according to CRE Matrix documents.
