Naga Chaitanya will be next seen in the mystical action adventure thriller, ‘Vrushakarma’ directed by Karthik Dandu. According to the latest reports, the makers are planning to release the film in theatres on December 3. Interestingly, the date is also set for the release of Prabhas’ war action drama ‘Fauzi’, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
‘Vrushakarma’ release buzz
According to a report by 123Telugu, Prabhas’ ‘Fauzi’ which is set to hit the big screens on December 3, is reportedly moving out of the announced date. Interestingly, ‘Vrushakarma’ is said to be eyeing the same date.Recently Naga Chaitanya took to his X handle hinting an update on the release date of ‘Vrushakarma’. He wrote, “#VrushaKarma exciting update soon !” and later the film’s official handle reshared the post with “lock emojis”.Prabhas is currently working on multiple projects, and ‘Fauji’ is one of his most-awaited films. Reports had earlier suggested that the actor had given his complete dates to the project, which led the makers to announce the December 3 release date. However, the latest reports claim that the film may need more time to complete its shooting and post-production work. As a result, the release could be pushed indefinitely.
About ‘Vrushakarma’
Speaking of ‘Vrushakarma’, the film is a period drama with a supernatural, fantasy and mythical backdrop. The film includes Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead and includes ‘Laapataa Ladies’ fame Sparsh Shrivastava as the main villain alongwith Jayaram and Satya in key roles.
Prabhas as a soldier in ‘Fauzi’
On the other hand ‘Fauzi’, is expected to play the role of a soldier. The makers had earlier released a poster showing the actor covered in blood and sitting on a stone while holding a gun.

The film also marks the acting debut of Imanvi Esmail, who is playing the female lead. It also features veteran actors Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher and Jaya Prada in key roles.Now, time will only tell when ‘Vrushakarma’ releases in theatres and if Prabhas starrer will be further delayed.
