Malavika Mohanan remembered how Trisha helped her feel at ease when they worked together on ‘Petta.’ Recalling her early days as an actress when speaking to SS Music, she said, “When I was shooting for Petta, I was a newcomer at that time. I had combinations with Trisha. She was so sweet and she made me comfortable.” The actress also spoke about their time shooting in Varanasi, saying they would spend time together away from the sets. “We were shooting at Varanasi and used to hang out,” Malavika Mohanan recalled, highlighting the friendly equation they shared during the making of the film.

Malavika Mohanan also recalled how Trisha reached out to her when she signed ‘Master,’ marking another major Tamil film opportunity for the actress. According to Malavika Mohanan, Trisha personally congratulated her and celebrated the opportunity without any hesitation. “When I signed Master, she messaged me, ‘Hey Babe, I’m so happy for you, this is huge and congratulations.’ It takes a genuine heart to do that,” she said. Malavika’s recollection shows how Trisha’s support stayed with her even after their work on ‘Petta’ had ended.
