According to the current listing by Wyatt Poindexter, the 62-acre estate is now asking $9.8 million, after initially entering the market for $12 million in February 2026. The home was built in 2022 and spans 7,500 square feet, with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a long list of indoor and outdoor amenities.
A Stillwater property with a baseball connection
Holliday, who was born and raised in Stillwater, built the property after purchasing the land for about $3 million in 2018. He and his wife, Leslee, completed construction of the main residence in 2022. The home was designed as a one-level estate inspired by Texas Hill Country architecture. Its exterior combines stone and metal roofing, while oversized windows bring natural light into the main living spaces.Inside, the 7,500-square-foot residence has an open-plan living area incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces. There is also a butler’s pantry, two offices and five bedrooms. The primary suite includes two closets, while the layout is designed around both family life and entertaining. The property is currently being offered with around $3 million worth of custom furniture included, according to the listing. The home’s baseball memorabilia, however, is not part of the sale.

A baseball field built for the family
The most distinctive feature of the estate is outside the house. The property includes a full-size baseball field with professional turf, stadium-style lighting and seating. There are also batting cages and a large fire pit positioned behind home plate. The field was built with Holliday’s sons in mind. His eldest son, Jackson Holliday, was selected first overall by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2022 MLB Draft and made his major-league debut in 2024. Ethan Holliday was selected fourth overall by the Colorado Rockies in the 2025 MLB Draft.The listing agent, Wyatt Poindexter, told Realtor.com that Holliday essentially used the property as a place to train his sons. The baseball facilities therefore form a particularly personal part of the estate rather than simply being decorative luxury amenities.

Although baseball is the property’s defining feature, the estate has been designed around a much broader collection of recreational and entertainment spaces. The grounds include a putting green, running trails, a pond, a guest house and a workshop. There is also a gym and an indoor court that accommodates both basketball and pickleball. According to Realtor.com, the pool includes a waterfall, a swim-through grotto and built-in seating areas. The listing agent estimated its cost at approximately $2 million. The estate is also being sold furnished, apart from Holliday’s baseball memorabilia.
From a $12 million launch to a $9.8 million asking price
When the property first came to market in February 2026, it was listed for $12 million. At that time, Realtor.com reported that the price made it the most expensive single-family home listed in Oklahoma. The current listing, however, shows the asking price at $9.8 million, reflecting a $2.2 million reduction from the original price. The listing remains active, with the property described as a 62-acre estate and the residence measuring 7,500 square feet. The property sits about 40 minutes from Edmond, according to the current listing, while Stillwater is Holliday’s hometown.
A home shaped by Holliday’s baseball legacy
Holliday spent 15 seasons in Major League Baseball, playing for the Colorado Rockies, Oakland Athletics, St. Louis Cardinals and New York Yankees. He was a seven-time All-Star and won the World Series with the Cardinals in 2011. His Oklahoma estate reflects that career in an unusually direct way.
