Someone can be expressive, affectionate, or quick to fall in love without their behaviour being unhealthy.Frequent calls, compliments, romantic gestures, and even early conversations about the future are not automatically signs of love bombing. People have different ways of showing interest, and some relationships naturally develop quickly.The concern begins when the intensity creates an expectation that the other person should respond in a particular way.

If warmth disappears whenever you disagree or say no, the relationship may be developing a very different dynamic from the one it appeared to have at the beginning.

Another warning sign is the feeling that you owe someone access to you because of everything they have done for you.Perhaps they have spent hours talking to you, made elaborate plans, or constantly reassured you about their feelings. You can have a difficult day and not want to talk. You can simply need quiet.None of these things make a relationship less meaningful.Healthy affection allows two people to remain individuals while becoming partners.As Dr Bhattacharya puts it, intimacy is not about entering every corner of another person’s life.
