Hollywood star Jim Carrey has put his lavish Maui mansion on the market for $35 million, with the listing emerging shortly after news that he secretly married his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah, as per TMZ report.The oceanfront estate, located along Keawakapu Beach, sits on nearly an acre and offers approximately 170 feet of beach frontage. The property includes a three-bedroom, five-bathroom main residence, a separate guest house and a resort-style outdoor area overlooking the Pacific.

Carrey’s Maui property spans more than 4,000 square feet and was built in 2002. Designed by Ike Kligerman Barkley, the estate is being offered fully furnished, according to eMaui Real Estate.The main residence is tucked beneath a substantial thatched roof and features Douglas fir framing, woven bamboo interiors and a spacious great room that opens onto a covered stone lanai.The upstairs primary suite has folding glass panels that open onto a private deck overlooking the beach, creating a direct connection between the bedroom and the oceanfront setting.

The estate also includes a separate guest house with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The guest accommodation has its own lanai and balcony facing the ocean.Between the main house and guest house is a freeform swimming pool featuring a hidden grotto, slide, lounging ledge and elevated spa.The nearly one-acre property also boasts a wide green lawn and towering coconut palms, while its roughly 170 feet of beach frontage gives the estate a distinctly private oceanfront setting.

The mansion has gone on the market around the same time that People magazine confirmed Carrey’s marriage to Min Ah, his longtime girlfriend.The couple were photographed together at France’s Cesar Awards seven months ago, where Carrey publicly acknowledged Min Ah during an acceptance speech delivered entirely in French.As his daughter Jane, grandson Jackson and Min Ah received applause from the audience, Carrey thanked his family and described Min Ah as his “sublime companion.”“I love you, Min Ah,” he added, before also remembering his late father, Percy Joseph Carrey, whom he credited with teaching him about “the value of love, generosity, and laughter,” according to People.
Carrey has kept his personal life private
The 64-year-old actor has generally maintained a low profile when it comes to his personal life.In an April 2022 interview while promoting Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Carrey spoke about enjoying a quieter existence away from the pressures of Hollywood.“I really like my quiet life, and I really love putting paint on canvas, and I really love my spiritual life,” he said at the time. “I have enough.”When asked whether he was seriously considering stepping away from acting, Carrey said he was “being fairly serious.” He explained that he could continue working if he encountered a project he considered particularly important, but that he was taking a break.
From Ginger Gonzaga to Min Ah
Before his relationship with Min Ah, Carrey was linked to his Kidding co-star Ginger Gonzaga.The pair made their red-carpet debut at the Showtime Golden Globes Nominees Celebration in West Hollywood in January 2019. Carrey’s representative confirmed to People at the time that Gonzaga was his girlfriend.Us Weekly reported later that year that the pair had separated after less than a year together.Carrey was previously married to Dumb and Dumber co-star Lauren Holly from 1996 to 1997. He was also married to Melissa Womer from 1987 to 1995, and the former couple share daughter Jane.
