The legal drama between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively may have ended in a settlement, but the chats and scandalous texts are still leaking online. This time around, the messages, allegedly sent between Ryan Reynolds and Coleen Hoover, revealed more information about what the two were talking about, specifically regarding Baldoni, as the legal battle blew up on social media.
Ryan Reynolds and Colleen Hoover ’s texts about Justin Baldoni released online
Page Six reported that some new texts between Blake Lively’s husband and the author of ‘It Ends With Us’ have come to light through some new court documents. The report stated that this exchange between the two happened on August 10, 2024.In the texts, the ‘Green Lantern’ star allegedly talks about Baldoni’s actions during the legal case, stating, “Yeah, when he uses a crisis team like that, you can start to see all the strategy they’ve equipped him with. Crisis team: okay, Justin, all you do is talk about DV and how wonderful Blake is.” And we’ll handle the online stuff. No matter what, you keep up your feminist advocacy. And speak like an emotionally elevated thought leader. Understood?”He also allegedly joked about the actor and director, adding, “Justin: Namaste. Let’s get this b****,” and “And I think the truth about him is already finding its way to the light.” The outlet revealed that Hoover had replied to the actor’s messages with a laughing reaction.
Ryan Reynolds also called Justin Baldoni a sociopath and a predator
During their text exchange, Reynolds also allegedly named Baldoni while talking to Hoover. He shared, “It’s amazing to me that you can have everybody involved with a production completely run away from a person who is obviously a predator and sociopath, and the narrative must first land on why a woman is the problem.”Another text exchange was also revealed in the report, with Reynolds and talent agent Warren Zavala also talking about the alleged smear campaign against Lively. In the text messages, Warren talked about how there is a plan to make her (Lively) look bad, saying, “I have to assume they have a cadre of things they plan to utilize within the bounds of production to make her look bad.”To this, the ‘Deadpool’ actor allegedly replied by saying, “They need to frame it the right way! This isn’t hard. The sentence needs to start with… feels like they’re trying to thread the needle. They just need to go ****ing straight at this.”A month ago, the actress was awarded USD 400,000 out of the USD 8 million that she had asked for in damages to be paid by Baldoni. Earlier this year, as the trial between Lively and Baldoni reached courts, the two had suddenly settled on an out-of-court deal, moments before Blake’s Met Gala 2026 appearance.
