Very Nice Runners Gift
This gift pack contains a nice variety of items for the runner in your life, although some of the items are more practical than others. The cooling towel is a microfiber design and when dampened with cold water does a great job in helping to keep your body temperature down. The beanie and balaclava are great for cooler weather. The socks are thick and floppy and provide good cushioning. I really like the collapsible water bottle since it is light and takes up minimal space when empty. Most runners would also find the vis, wristband or and headlamp useful. I'm not so sure of the utility of the kinesiology balls, but the knobby one does feel pretty good. As a physician, I would urge caution in using the patellar tendon knee strap. Depending on your leg size, it can be somewhat tight and would function as a tourniquet exactly where you don't want the effects of a tourniquet, mainly behind the knee. This could potentially contribute to venous insufficiency, ankle edema, and blood clot formation. It also comes with a handy storage bag dual screen closure that could also be worn on the back, knapsack style. It comes in black and pink. All in all, this would make a nice stocking stuffer.

    I ordered this as a gift for a friend who is a runner. She loved it. Said she had everything in there that she needed it and everything was a good quality. For me, it was the value and the number of items I got for the amount of money.

    I'll be honest, I'm not even sure what some of the items in this runners gift box set are for but there are a lot of them. I got it for a friend who is training for marathons and she was very pleased with the "thoughtful" gift. It all arrives mostly individually wrapped in a brown box and could be gifted if wrapped. The items are not the highest of high quality but I wasn't expecting them to be, they are decent and useful though. The pink color is a bit overkill I have to say, it's a lot. Seems good value for all the items you get ($36.99 at time of review).
