Upreti said she had bought two houses by the time she turned 24.“I bought 2 houses at 24, but my kids might never buy one,” she wrote on LinkedIn.She connected this concern to the difference between property prices and income growth.“In India, home prices have been rising faster than inflation, while salaries haven’t kept pace in many sectors,” she wrote.She added, “It made me realize how the economy keeps getting difficult.”

‘Bare-minimum efforts’ can limit results
Upreti also made a point about how people approach their careers.“Because bare-minimum efforts in your career will only give you bare-minimum results.”Her message was that people who want to achieve more financially should be willing to put in effort to pursue opportunities beyond their regular roles.
