Selena Gomez has found a buyer for her lavish Encino, Los Angeles, mansion and has sold off the sprawling property for an estimated USD 5.4 million. After putting up the place on the market early this summer, the singer and actor has reportedly sold the property for an estimated USD 500,000 profit. After spending a few months on the market, the property was sold on Tuesday for USD 5.4 million, according to TMZ. Gomez’s real-estate portfolio also includes the Beverly Hills mansion she purchased with husband Benny Blanco in December 2024 for a reported USD 35 million. The Spanish-style estate was previously owned by filmmaker Todd Phillips and was designed in 1928 by renowned architect Wallace Neff. The approximately 7,000-square-foot residence has since been restored and features seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The property includes a library with a spiral staircase, a greenhouse-style solarium, gym, private theatre and studio space. The nearly one-acre estate also boasts a swimming pool, spa and landscaped gardens.Gomez and Blanco purchased the Beverly Hills property off-market in the same month they announced their engagement.
