No fancy restaurant. No big investment. No professional chef standing beside him.Just a small cart, a willingness to learn and the hope that customers would come back.He learned recipes and techniques from YouTube, experimented with the food and slowly figured out what people liked.And then something interesting happened.People started coming back.One customer became two. Two became ten. And gradually, the little sandwich cart began building a name for itself.The business, called Hari Har Sandwich, has since grown far beyond those early days.According to a post shared by X user Pratham, the outlet now sells more than 600 sandwiches on weekdays, while weekend sales reportedly cross 1,000.The reported monthly turnover?Around ₹25 lakh.Think about that for a moment.A man whose first business closed within a year went on to build a street-food business reportedly doing ₹25 lakh in monthly turnover – starting with a ₹30,000 loan and recipes learned from YouTube.But the story didn’t stop there.Social media gave the business another push.A reel featuring Sahu and his sandwich cart reportedly went viral on Instagram, putting the humble food stall in front of thousands of potential customers across Bhopal.Soon, people weren’t simply discovering the cart by accident.They were coming looking for it.Today, Hari Har Sandwich is located between Gate No. 3 and 4 of Minal Residency on Ayodhya Bypass Road, in front of Kakra Abhinav Homes. And the crowds can reportedly get big enough that customers are willing to wait 30–50 minutes for their order.That’s quite a change from starting with a ₹30,000 loan.Sahu also isn’t doing it alone.His brother, Deepak Sahu, is closely involved in running the growing business. Speaking to Local18, Deepak described just how quickly the food sells, saying that whatever ingredients they bring in for the day are usually sold out by night.And that’s perhaps the most interesting part of this entire story.There was no perfect beginning.There wasn’t a huge investment.There wasn’t years of experience in the food industry.There was a failed business, a small loan, a YouTube search and a decision to try one more time.That’s it.Sometimes we look at successful businesses and only see where they are today. We see the crowds, the money, the popularity and the social-media attention.We don’t see the version that started with uncertainty.We don’t see the first customer.We don’t see the mistakes.We don’t see the nights spent wondering whether the idea will work.And we definitely don’t see how close the person might have been to giving up.Abhishek Sahu’s journey is a reminder that failure can change your direction without having to end your journey.His internet cafe didn’t work.His entrepreneurial dream didn’t die with it.He simply found another way.And perhaps that’s the real lesson here: you don’t always need to know everything before you start.
